Callisto Style Policies and Terms & Conditions

At Callisto Style, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our valued clients. To ensure a seamless experience, please familiarize yourself with our policies outlined below.

For appointments booked before 1st March 2025, the following terms and conditions apply: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit or incurring charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, your deposit may be forfeited, and additional charges may apply up to the full cost of the appointment. Deposit Policy: A 25% deposit was required to secure your appointment. Deposits were refundable for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. No additional deposits were required for clients with multiple no-shows unless otherwise communicated. Late Arrival Policy: If you arrived late for your appointment, we made every effort to accommodate you. However, if your delay significantly impacted the schedule, we may have needed to reschedule, and the deposit could have been forfeited. Stored Card Details: Card details were securely stored for payment processing only and used in line with our previous terms. 1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  1. Advance Notice:

    • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing their deposit.

    • Late cancellations (within 48 hours of the appointment) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  2. No-Show Policy:

    • Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur additional charges, up to the full cost of the appointment.

    • After two no-shows, clients may be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront for future bookings.

  3. Refunds and Exceptions:

    • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before the appointment unless exceptional circumstances arise. Refunds for valid reasons are considered at the salon’s discretion.

2. Deposit Policy

​

  1. Standard Bookings:

    • A 25% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

    • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 48 hours of the appointment.

  2. Clients with Multiple No-Shows:

    • Clients who have missed two or more appointments without prior notice will be required to pay a 50% deposit for all future bookings.

  3. Card Details and Deposits:

    • For convenience, card details will be securely stored via our booking system for potential charges (e.g., no-shows or late cancellations).

    • If you prefer not to store card details, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

3. Extra Hair Surcharge

 

At Callisto Style, we strive to provide accurate pricing based on standard service times and product usage. However, if a client has exceptionally thick or long hair that requires additional time, product, or effort to complete the service, an "Extra Hair" surcharge may apply.

  • The surcharge amount will depend on the additional time and product required.

  • This charge will be applied at the discretion of the stylist when hair exceeds a certain length or thickness.

  • Clients will be informed of any additional charges before the service begins.

If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please mention it when booking, and our team will be happy to advise.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  1. Grace Period:

  • If a client arrives late for their appointment, we will do our best to accommodate them within their allocated time slot.

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in the appointment being rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited.

  2. Impact on Services:

  • If time does not allow for the full service due to a late arrival, we may need to adjust the treatment or reschedule the appointment.

  • The full cost of the appointment will still apply, even if the service cannot be completed in full.

5. Treat Card Program

​

  1. Introduction:

    • The Treat Card program is our loyalty initiative designed to reward our clients for their continued patronage.

  2. Earning Points:

    • Earn 1 point per £1 spent on services and 2 points per £1 spent on products.

    • Bonus points can be earned for reviews and referrals.

  3. Redeeming Points:

    • Points can be redeemed for services and products offered at Callisto Style.

    • Redemption rates and eligible services/products are subject to change at our discretion.

    • Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

  4. Expiration and Forfeiture:

    • Points remain active as long as there is account activity within a 2-year period.

    • After 2 years of inactivity, accumulated points will expire.

  5. Card Loss and Replacement:

    • A replacement card can be issued for a £5.00 fee.

    • If the old card is found and returned in good condition, a £2.50 credit will be applied to your account.

  6. Program Termination:

    • Callisto Style reserves the right to terminate the Treat Card program at any time.

    • In such an event, clients will be notified and given 60 days to redeem remaining points.

6. Recommend a Friend Program (Continued)

​

  1. Referral Benefits:

    • Referred friends receive 20% off their first service (minimum spend of £30).

    • The referred friend must mention the referrer’s name upon booking.

    • Discounts for referrals cannot be combined with other offers.

  2. Referrer Rewards:

    • For each successful referral, the referrer will receive £10 in Treat Card points, credited to their loyalty account.

    • Referrer rewards will only be issued once the referred friend has completed their first appointment.

7. Gift Vouchers

​

  1. General Terms:

    • Gift vouchers are redeemable only at Callisto Style and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    • Vouchers can be partially redeemed, with the remaining balance available for future use within the validity period.

  2. Conditions:

    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

8. Policy Amendments

  1. Changes to Policies:

    • Callisto Style reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.

    • Clients will be notified of changes via email, social media, and updates on the website. Changes will take effect 30 days after notification.

9. Privacy and Data Security

  1. Storage of Card Details:

    • Card details are stored securely via our booking system in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

    • Stored details will only be used for processing deposits, no-show charges, or late cancellation fees, as outlined in our policies.

  2. Client Information:

    • Personal data is collected solely for providing salon services, managing loyalty programs, and improving client experience. Data will not be shared with third parties without client consent.
